Developed for the immigrant experience, Speak2Anyone stands apart from the typical tourist focused app.
While developing Speak2Anyone, our development team focused on creating a conversation, rather than a few short questions and answers.
The result is Speak2Anyone, which allows any two people, speaking any of 53 languages, to speak to each other. Not just text, but actual audio. A real back and forth conversation.
Speak2anyone creates three cookie files on your system. This is necessary to provide a complete user experience. No third party or advertising cookies are created, used or traded on this site.
Speak2Anyone will attempt to use your location services, which you can decline. The purpose of this is to be able to determine if any other users of this app are nearby. Location services will also be used to determine if a nearby Speak2Anyone user is sharing their account.
Tap the microphone icon to make your phone begin listening to your voice. Each time you stop speaking, Speak2Anyone will translate your speech into the language you selected. When you are finished your conversation, tap the microphone icon again to turn off listening mode.
Tapping the icon in the lower right will allow the person you are speaking with to talk. Now, they will speak in their language, and you will hear it in your language. Tapping this icon again will make you the speaker again.
